AmbientMarker requires children and label (LocalizedMessage). It accepts severity (AttentionSeverity.S3 | S4 | S5, default S3), placement (AmbientMarkerPlacement.Corner | End, default Corner), active (default true) and ref. It takes no colour, size, pulse, className, style, role or event handler. The host is a span, so it can sit inside a button, a tab or a paragraph.
active shows the dot and the hidden label without remounting the children, and an inactive marker leaves layout unchanged.
